THE CHALLENGE: COVID-19 drastically shifted the employment landscape, leaving many mid-career PMETs and fresh graduates facing uncertainty. WSG needed to showcase their support programs in a way that genuinely resonated with job seekers of diverse age-groups.

THE APPROACH: We developed a web drama series that wove WSG's programs into authentic human stories. By leveraging the romance/drama genre, we could explore complex themes around career transitions in a format that naturally draws viewers in. Each episode tackled different job seeker personas and their specific challenges, making the content both relatable and informative.

MY ROLE: I shaped the concept around a simple truth: people trust those who understand their struggles firsthand. That insight led me to create "The Seekers," centering on a reluctant Career Ambassador who is actually a job seeker themselves and initially shares the same skepticism as our audience. By following their journey from skeptic to believer, while still acknowledging the real challenges of job seeking, we could present WSG's programs more authentically.

It wasn't about selling a perfect solution, but about showing how support and guidance can come from unexpected places - sometimes from someone walking the same path as you.
